1 - What is the dream bowl ?

Take a few moments to reconnect with your dream.
Look at your illustration, visualise your dream.
Close your eyes and remember how you want to feel.

Then ask yourself: "If I fully trusted my dream... what action would I take next?"

Write down whatever comes first on small pieces of paper and add them in your dream bowl. Some ideas, actions will feel small, others might feel bold. Trust them both.

Whenever you feel inspired, simply pick one, trust your intuition, and let it guide your next step.

Oh, and also: don't keep your dream to yourself!
Share it with your friends, your family, ... invite them to add one action to your Dream Bowl.
You might be surprised by the inspiration they bring, new perspectives you hadn't considered, and the ideas you would never have come up with on your own.

One of the most beautiful things I've learned is that dreams grow and become richer when they're shared. We don't have to carry them alone.

Dreaming is where it all begins.

Taking the time to reconnect with your dream, to feel it, to visualise it, and to embody its emotions is essential.

But dreams don't come to life through inspiration alone.
At some point, they ask us to move.

Sometimes through one bold decision,
sometimes through a series of small, aligned actions,
and most of the time, through a beautiful combination of both.

The Dream Bowl is a playful ritual that helps reconnect with your intuition and turn inspiration into movement.

Whenever you wonder:

"What's the next step that feels aligned?",

it invites you to stop overthinking, trust your intuition
and take action.

Because dreams don't grow by waiting, they grow by being lived.
