Frequently asked questions

When does the Pop-up Coliving retreat take place?

The pop-up coliving retreat runs from Sunday, March 1st to Saturday, March 28th, 2026. One full month together.

Why is it called "pop-up coliving - The Journey of your Dream" & how are we different than a traditionnal Coliving?

It’s called a pop-up coliving because La Casita is a wandering sanctuary with no fixed walls (yet): a home, a Universe that comes alive in temporary places. The first edition takes place in a forest reserve in the Netherlands.

Here, the focus is on dreams. Through curated activities, and creative exploration, you’ll be guided to bring your dreams, big or small, into greater clarity, culminating in a collective celebration.

Do I need to arrive and leave on the exact dates?

Yes. We all arrive on March 1st and close the journey together on March 28th. Just joining for a few days wouldn’t allow you to fully experience the magic. Like any true adventure, starting and finishing as one group is what makes the experience so powerful ✨

Why one month stay?

At La Casita, time is not accidental. it’s part of the method. The Journey of Your Dream has been designed to unfold gradually over four weeks, with activities and that build on one another. Some things simply need time to settle, grow, and blossom ✨

A month together also means we create a stronger group dynamic, deeper connections, and the space to truly feel at home. That’s why the one-month commitment is intentional, giving you the chance to balance work, community life, and the slow unfolding of your own dream-journey.

Do I need to take holidays or can I keep working?

You don’t need to take holidays. The experience is designed so you can work and live the experience. Most collective sessions happen after the workday (around 6 pm CET) or on your own time, like meditative walks and creative challenges.

We only ask for a little flexibility: these moments are the heart of the journey, and missing them would be missing why you came.

How do I get to the Casita?

The closest airports are Brussels (BRU) and Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS). From there, you can take a train to Kapellen (Belgium) or Roosendaal (Netherlands).

✨ We organize pick-ups from these stations (Kapellen = €20 / Roosendaal = €35).

Taxis are also possible. If you’d like support with booking or more details, simply contact the Casita and we’ll assist you.

Who is this experience for?

Anyone who feels the call to reconnect with their dreams, living with intention, while living in community (Remote workers, Digital Nomads, creatives, explorers, nature lovers, dreamers in transition, ...)

Can I bring my pet?

As much as the Casita loves animals, no pets are allowed. We are in the middle of a natural reserve already home to deers and countless birds nesting all around us.

What language will we speak?

English is our common language, and the experience “The Journey of Your Dream “ will take place in English too as guests join from all over the world, creating a truly international environment.

Will I have time to explore the area?

Yes! Dreamers often organize trips together. Renting a bike or sharing a car is the most practical and eco-friendly way to make it happen 🌿

What is there to see in the region?

Right on the Dutch–Belgian border, the region offers a mix of hidden gems and vibrant cities. Within a short ride you can wander the streets of Antwerp or Breda, explore the striking modern architecture of Rotterdam, or step into the surreal atmosphere of Doel, the ghost town covered in street art. A little further, the Dutch seaside at Oostkapelle invites you for a day by the dunes and the sea.

Closer to the Casita, you’ll find endless cycling paths (the famous Fietsknooppunten network), forest trails just outside the door, and plenty of opportunities to taste Dutch classics like bitterballen or stroopwafels. And of course, many of these explorations become even more magical when co-created with fellow Dreamers on weekends✨

Can I do laundry during my stay?

Yes, there is a washing machine and a dryer available on-site (€3 per load)

How about groceries?

There are plenty of supermarkets within 7–8 km, either on the Belgian side in Putte, or on the Dutch side in Ossendrecht. The Casita will also organize a bi-weekly grocery pick-up.

How are we the same as a traditionnal Coliving?

You’ll still enjoy the essence of coliving: community, creativity, shared meals, and space for your own projects. The Casita adds a playful, dream-focused layer that enriches the experience. Consider this a themed-co-living experience, centered on dreams, creativity, playfulness, and fun.
