Every time you see it or hold it in your hands, let it bring you back to your dream,
the emotions you wish to cultivate,
and the person you are choosing to become.

A few months ago, I facilitated the very first Journey of a Dream experience.

As I watched something that had once existed only in my imagination come to life, I felt overwhelmed with joy, optimism, wonder, gratitude and a deeply rooted confidence.

I had already visualised the sunflower as part of my dream and painted it in my dream illustration.
A few months later, I came across this little sunflower cushion. It gave my dream symbol a place in the physical world, one I could carry with me wherever I went.

I wasn't looking for it, but the moment I saw it, I just knew.
To someone else, it's simply a small cushion. But to me, it reminds me of the confidence to trust my dreams, the courage to shine, and the magic that unfolds when we follow what truly lights us up.

Every time I see it or hold it in my hands, I'm brought back to the emotions of my dream and remembered how I want to feel.

3 - The ritual

Some objects have the beautiful ability to reconnect us to a memory, a feeling, an emotion or an intention in an instant.

Your Dream symbol is one of them.

It isn't really about the object itself, it is about the meaning and the intention you choose to give it.

It becomes a reminder of the emotions you want to cultivate, the person you are becoming and the intention behind your dream.

Your Dream Symbol may already have emerged during your Dream Walk.
Perhaps you already visualised it, talked about it, or even saw it in your illustration.

If so, this is your invitation to bring it into the physical world.

If no symbol has emerged yet, simply reconnect with your dream.
Close your eyes and ask yourself: "
If my dream had a symbol… what would it be?"
Trust whatever image comes first.

It might be something you already own.
You may feel inspired to create it with your own hands, like a little token you can carry with you all the time.
Or perhaps life will place it on your path when the time feels right.
Honestly, trust what naturally resonates with you.

Small advice: choose something small enough to carry with you, wear, or keep close in your everyday life, somewhere your eyes will naturally meet it.

Then, open your Dream Book and write down why this symbol matters to you.
